My creative SAW will make every effort for the best customer service possible. We do not give refunds on party participants if they are unable to attend party after confirmation. Your hand cut and prepared design and limited supplies will be given to your host for you to paint on your own. 

Refunds will not be given on custom purchases unless fault of My creative SAW, replacements will be the common decision. Each situation will be evaluated on an individual basis
